Remembered by friends and family for her love of traveling and for "giving her all to the industry," Stasiak is survived by her husband, All American Wood Register vp Thomas Stasiak; her three children Dan, Thomas and Jeff Hackman; 10 grandchildren; and two brothers, John and James Blanchard.

"Everyone loved Patti," said Thomas Stasiak. "She was a diligent worker, but she really knew how to have fun. We're all going to miss her so much, but we have to keep going. We're very proud of everything she helped accomplish. We're determined to honor her by continuing to take care of this company into which she poured heart and soul."

Based in Wonder Lake, Ill., All American Wood Register Co. manufactures premium-quality wood vents and registers. The company is a longstanding member of the National Wood Flooring Association. Patti Stasiak served on the organization's membership committee from 1997 to 2004.
