Burlington Rugs and Monticello Floors have appointed two new executives, Bob Pfautz and Larry Jeffers, to lead their manufacturing facilities in Monticello, Ark. The two appointments come as part of a new corporate organization designed to streamline operations to meet recent growth in current orders and future demand projections from its key customers.

Pfautz has been named Senior Vice President - General Manager and Jeffers has been named the company's new director of manufacturing.

Pfautz joins the company after 30 years experience in leading the operations of many different companies, most recently serving as president and COO of Century Tube Corp.

Jeffers is a veteran of the carpet and rug manufacturing industry with over 30 years experience. He has led manufacturing facilities in the carpet and rug industry over several states including the Monticello facility from 1995-1999. Burlington Rug Corp. and Monticello Carpet Mills are divisions of Yanoor Corp., a producer of tufted scatter, bath and room size rugs and commercial and residential broadloom carpet from manufacturing facilities in Monticello.
