Meadows lauded the Georgia Tufters management team for maintaining excellent relationships with their key customers in the mass merchant, catalog, and specialty store categories.

Georgia Tufters, whose primary product lines include tufted bathroom and scatter rugs, will become part of Shaw's Rug Division and will maintain operations at the Calhoun manufacturing site.
