The NWFA notes that the training course is aimed at distributor and manufacturer audiences. The focus will be on getting sales teams aligned with their organization's goals and strategies while eliciting behaviors that produce results. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to supervise, coach, train and mentor sales forces.
The interactive workshop will be presented by Ken Stark, president of Stark & Associates.
