In April, the World Floor Covering Association (WFCA) will offer a series of educational forums sponsored by WFCA affiliate associations in Atlanta, Minneapolis, Dallas, Phoenix, Seattle, and Long Island, N.Y.
In April, the World Floor Covering Association (WFCA) will offer a series of educational forums sponsored by WFCA affiliate associations in Atlanta, Minneapolis, Dallas, Phoenix, Seattle, and Long Island, N.Y.
Essential Skills for Operations, Administrative & Salespeople will address adjusting to a changing workplace, differences in selling techniques, how to handle paper flow, how to handle difficult situations, time management, and workplace strategies.
The forums will be conducted on April 2 in Long Island, April 4 in Atlanta, April 9 in Minneapolis, April 11 in Dallas, April 16 in Phoenix, and April 18 in Seattle. For additional information, or to register, telephone the WFCA at (800) 624-6880.
