The seminar focused on moisture intrusion in concrete subflooring and discussed why it is such a critical factor in the installation of soft-surface flooring. The program marked the first time that a large group of floor covering retailers/contractors, manufacturers, distributors, and architects/specifiers was brought together -- at the same time in one place -- to dissect the issue.

Olansky remarked that the event was the most exciting and productive industry educational meeting for which he has served as moderator.
