NWFA to host ‘webinar’
The seminar features speaker Lew Migliore, who will address how to handle customer complaints. The seminar teaches participants how to prevent problems, handle complaints effectively and resolve customer-retailer issues.
The interactive program can be accessed with a speakerphone and a PC with an Internet connection.
Registration is $150 for NWFA members and $225 for non-members.
