Diverzify, the nation's largest provider of commercial flooring solutions, has promoted Phillip Chambers to regional president. With more than 35 years of experience in commercial flooring, Chambers brings deep industry expertise in financial management, sales leadership and customer relations to his expanded role.
Previously serving as president of Spectra Contract Flooring – Dallas, Chambers played a key role in strengthening operations and driving growth at one of Diverzify’s largest locations. His leadership has been instrumental in fostering strong customer relationships, improving operational efficiencies and expanding the company’s market presence.
As regional president, Chambers will oversee multiple locations within the Texas and Arizona regions, focusing on expanding market opportunities, optimizing operations and enhancing customer partnerships.
Chambers’ promotion comes at a time when Diverzify is expanding its capabilities and strengthening its leadership team to meet the evolving needs of the commercial flooring industry. As the company navigates today’s market challenges, it remains focused on stability, long-term growth and operational excellence.
Lititz Flooring Company announced that Bob Racioppi has joined the team as director of business development. With over three decades of industry experience dating back to the mid-1980s, Racioppi brings extensive knowledge and expertise to his new role. Based in northern New Jersey, he has established a strong presence in the commercial flooring sector throughout the Northeast Corridor—a region he will now manage for Lititz Flooring. His comprehensive background and regional connections make him exceptionally well-positioned to drive growth and strengthen Lititz Flooring's market presence in this key territory.
Lunada Bay Corporation announced that Jared Becker has been appointed Chief Creative Officer, and DJ Intal has been named marketing manager.
As Chief Creative Officer. Becker will develop direct marketing and product development strategies across all Lunada Bay Corporation brands, including Lunada Bay Tile, Driftwood Design Lab, Murrine Mosaics, and Ciao Bella.
With over 30 years of experience in the stone and tile industry, Becker is a creative executive, designer and marketer known for his passion for color, pattern, and design that bridges all styles. Becker joined Lunada Bay Corp., in 2021 to launch their new Driftwood Design Lab brand, which specializes in handmade tile sourced from around the word. Driftwood Design Lab saw rapid growth and is now established in more than 150 dealer showrooms across the USA. Prior to that he led the visual branding and product development team at Walker Zanger, where he set the standard for aesthetic excellence in the tile and stone industry for more than 20 years.
Intal will oversee marketing implementing market strategies across Lunada Bay Corp. brands. With 20 years of experience in the tile industry, DJ previously served as operations manager for Driftwood Design Lab and marketing manager at Walker Zanger.
Nemo Tile + Stone has appointed Ron Silano as president of its Tile and Stone Division, effective March 12, 2025. The move enables CEO Matthew Karlin to concentrate on expansion opportunities and acquisitions for The Nemo Group.
Silano brings over three decades of industry experience to the role, having previously co-founded The Stone Project and served in leadership positions at Stone Source LLC and FlorGres. His appointment comes during a period of significant growth for Nemo, which recently opened its Slab Collection Gallery in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, and acquired Tile Market of Delaware and Design and Direct Source.
Adam Cnaani, with extensive experience from Coca-Cola and various sales leadership positions at Republic Floor, has been promoted to VP of sales at the flooring distributor, taking over responsibilities previously held by founder and CEO Rotem Eylor.
