Celebrity designer and television host Jennifer Farrell will make a splash at Coverings 2025 with an immersive preview of her groundbreaking I.C.E. House Showhome Experience. The exhibit will be featured in The Coverings Lounge during the preeminent tile and stone event, which will run from April 29 through May 2 in Orlando, Florida.
The I.C.E. House concept—which stands for Interconnected Changeable Environments—represents Farrell's vision for the adaptable home of the future. The multi-year project is currently under development in the South of France, with the full showhome scheduled to open in Fall 2026.
The exhibit at Coverings will give the 26,000 expected attendees a glimpse into Farrell's two-year design transformation project through multimedia displays and select material samples. Farrell will personally host daily "Surface Materials and the Home of the Future" presentations at the exhibit and participate in an I.C.E.-themed happy hour on May 1 alongside the National Tile Contractors Association.
The complete I.C.E. House project blends high-end luxury design with self-sustaining adaptable spaces in an ancient-meets-modern aesthetic. The showhome will feature premium products from top brands in home furnishings, lighting, surfaces, and kitchen and bath—including pieces from Farrell's own Livable Luxury Collection with Emser Tile.
Farrell has also partnered with fellow design celebrity Erinn V., founder of StyleRow, to create a global online platform with virtual tours and a shoppable experience of I.C.E. House.
