Parador’s resilient flooring looks and feels like authentic wood and stone while offering the easy maintenance and installation of traditional resilient flooring products. Ideal for multifamily, hospitality, and corporate settings, the products are water, scuff, and scratch-resistant, easily cleaned without harsh chemicals, and never need waxing or polishing. The floors are a good choice for bathroom and kitchen renovations.
Made of 98.5% natural materials, the floors support indoor air quality, are non-toxic, contain no phthalates, and have the lowest volatile organic compound (VOC) measurement possible. Modular One has an adhesive-free, click installation. The cork backing is mold and mildew-resistant.
Parador Modular One Herringbone is a new format for Parador. Available in Oak Artemis Coffee Brown, Oak Artemis Caramel Brown, Oak Atmosphere Natural, Oak Artemis Natural, Oak Artemis Pearl, Larch Apollo White.
Wide plank by Parador Modular One enhances any living space with a combination of real wood warmth and resilient flooring durability. The nine new designs include Oak Artemis Natural, Oak Helios Natural, Oak Artemis Caramel Brown, Oak Artemis Pearl, Larch Apollo Natural, Larch Apollo White, Oak Helios Grey, Oak Helios Smoked, and Oak Artemis Coffee Brown.
Oversize Tile by Parador Modular One features stone and concrete, which are characterized by warmth and natural, ecological materials with resilient flooring durability. It is now available in Stone Atlas Shadow Grey, Stone Atlas Light Grey, and Marble Eos White.
