The International Surface Event (TISE) named the winners of the second 2025 regional installation competition, which was held on September 7, 2024, at All Surfaces in Chicago, Illinois. The winners were Tyler Elliott, who installed luxury vinyl planks, and Jesus Garcia, who installed carpet.
The National Installer of the Year Competition spotlights the best flooring installers as they compete for the coveted award. The finalist in each of the installation categories from each competition city will be flown to Las Vegas in January for the TISE 2025 final competition to compete for the National Installer of the Year titles.
Competition sponsors include Mohawk, Performance Accessories, QEP Roberts and Schonox.
The next regional competition stops are the CFI Training Facility in Dalton, Georgia, and Big D Supply in Phoenix, Arizona. A panel of judges reviews entries to compete in each regional competition.
