Patcraft previewed several new collections at this year’s NeoCon. With a showroom experience centered around a story of materiality and the journey of circular design, each collection explores a different thematic connection to the experience—inspired by reinterpretation, reuse and reinvention.
Patcraft’s newest introductions include ReMaterial, Waste Knot and The Lithic Collections (hard and soft surface). Patcraft also previewed Tile & Stone, a porcelain collection.
ReMaterial
ReMaterial is a PVC-free, fully recyclable resilient that is completely circular by design. ReMaterial is a holistic flooring solution born out of a 25-year legacy—a commitment to circular design—that began with the creation of EcoWorx carpet tile. EcoWorx launched in 1999 as the first PVC-free and fully recyclable carpet tile, later becoming the first flooring product in the industry to be Cradle to Cradle Certified. ReMaterial now utilizes this same innovation. Featuring a multi-layer core that can withstand extreme indentation up to 2,500 psi, ReMaterial is constructed for high-demand, high-traffic areas and is backed by an industry-leading 25-year limited warranty. Products can be fully recycled through Patcraft’s re[TURN] reclamation program to be turned into the material ingredients to make other EcoWorx products.
Waste Knot
The Waste Knot collection represents a story of materiality, giving recycled materials new life on a journey of circular design. Available in 12” x 48” planks and 9 colorways, Waste Knot is a hybrid collection that offers soft surface acoustical benefits and comfort underfoot combined with hard surface attributes including durability and cleanability. Utilizing 100% PET for the entire product, Waste Knot can be recycled in its entirety through Patcraft’s re[TURN] Reclamation Program to be broken down and remade into ReWorx flooring.
The Lithic Collections
Building upon a foundation of stone visuals, the Lithic collection is designed to provide a synchronized flooring system, using pattern, texture and vibrant accents as coordinating components. Lithic hard surface is available in three styles, and the 18” x 36” tiles feature a 20 mil wear layer for superior durability. Lithic soft surface is available in five styles, and the 18” x 36” carpet tiles are constructed with EcoSolution Q100TM yarn and EcoWorx backing.
Tile & Stone
Tile & Stone can withstand heavy foot traffic, spills, and the wear and tear that commercial spaces often endure. The collection is available in six colorways.
