Lowe's has promoted Jennifer Wilson to the role of Chief Marketing Officer. In her new position, Wilson will oversee brand and product marketing, loyalty, and personalization efforts. Wilson will also lead the company's promotional planning, creative, and media efforts.

Wilson will focus on the development of a new customer experience integration organization. This organization will be dedicated to the creation of seamless, end-to-end customer journeys across all of Lowe's marketing and merchandising touchpoints. She will report directly to Bill Boltz, Lowe's executive vice president of merchandising.

Wilsonjoined the company in 2006 and has since held several leadership roles, most recently as senior vice president of enterprise brand and marketing.
