The Tannic engineered wood flooring by Northern Wide Plank (NWP) is made from French oak sourced from the winemaking region of Lorraine, Burgundy. This oak has a long history of being used for wine barrels, dating back to 350 BC, due to its durability and high tannin levels.
The collection features a three-layer construction and includes six colors inspired by elements found in the French countryside: Chablis, Santenay, Meuse, Allier, Jura, and Avallon. The collection is MAS Certified Green, LBC Red List Approved, and FSC Certified. Samples of the Tannic Collection are available through the Northern Wide Plank website and at NWP showrooms across North America.
