Women in the Flooring Industry (WIFI) is a 501(c)(3) educational non-profit that attracts, educates, and empowers women in the flooring industry and beyond. WIFI programs are available to anyone who identifies as or who is in support of women in the flooring industry. Programs include scholarships for post-secondary and continuing education, professional development educational workshops both in person and virtually, and mentoring programs. April 1: WIFI Mentoring Program Application Deadline

The WIFI Mentoring Program is an adult-to-adult match designed to help you grow professionally and personally. The program is designed for those who identify as a woman working in the flooring industry and is free for everyone.

The mentoring program is six-month in length. This cohort of mentee/mentor matches will run in May-October 2024.

April 17: WIFI Power Hour- The Gift of Coaching from 12:00 noon EST

We invite you to join us for a Power Hour you will never forget. This WIFI Power Hour is an opportunity to have your cup refilled as we explore the coaching experience. Are you pouring from an empty cup? Do you feel stuck or frozen in an area of your life? Do you struggle to know what doors are closing and what doors are opening? Do you ultimately want to be one who pours into the lives of others? Have a notebook and pen ready as we engage in a coaching conversation that will leave you refreshed, recharged and refilled!
