Women in the Floorcovering Industry (WIFI), an educational non-profit that attracts, educates, and empowers women in the flooring industry, hosted a panel discussion for next-generation women leaders in flooring retailers at the Alliance Flooring Convention in Orlando, Florida, on March 3, 2024. The retailers charted their challenges, shared how they are putting their mark on the business, and what it takes to lead their teams.
