Don’t miss the closing panel presented by WIFI at the TISE Women’s Leadership Conference!

Five industry leaders will lead “5 Tips to Level Up” using only one slide, sharing their five tips to “Level Up”. It could be about career, work/life balance, or how to make it to that morning yoga class, but the journey for the audience is sure to be profound and rewarding. February 13, 2024 – WIFI Power Hour: Celebrity Designer Jennifer Farrell On 2024 Surface Trends

March 3, 2024 – Next Generation of Women Leaders in Flooring Retail, hosted by WIFI at the Alliance Flooring Convention

Flooring retailers share their journey to stepping in as the Next Gen, and woman, leader of their operation. They will chart their challenges, how they are putting their mark on the business and what it takes to lead their team. Amy Rush-Imber, Publisher and Editor in Chief of Floor Covering Weekly, and Vice-Chair of the educational non-profit Women in the Floor Covering Industry (WIFI) will moderate the session.
