Women in the Floorcovering Industry (WIFI), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that empowers women in the floor covering industry, has announced monthly programming: the WIFI Power Hour. 

The monthly virtual meetings are available for anyone to join, and topics are designed to help women who work in the floor covering industry grow personally and professionally.

The first WIFI Power Hour kicks off March 2, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST, and will cover the WIFI Mentoring Program, which begins this spring. This WIFI Mentoring Program is an adult-to-adult match, with monthly meetings for six-months. WIFI Board Members Andrea Blackbourn, FCIF executive director, and Tanja Kern, associate publisher and editorial director, Floor Trends, will facilitate the call.  

In April (date TBD), the organization will cover the topic "Rock Your LinkedIn Profile" and will offer tips on best presenting your career experience on LinkedIn at different stages of your career. The program will be presented by Katherine Murphy, principal customer success manager for LinkedIn Learning.

Come back on May 10, 2023, for "Networking Your Way to Success," presented by Athena Walker, founder of The Coaching Center, Shaw Industries.
