Louisville Tile Distributors, Inc., recently announced that Tim Hanno has been appointed director of sales, south. A graduate of Pittsburgh Technical College, Hanno brings solid industry experience to his new firm. He spent the first 20 years of his career in architecture. Since 2010, he worked as a sales leader in both LVT and Tile, as sales vice president at Karndean, sales and marketing vice president at Unique Design Solutions and most recently as director of strategic accounts at Decovita USA.

Indusparquet, a Brazilian manufacturer of hardwood flooring announced the addition of Mitchell Jones and Bill Lipinski to its U.S. sales and marketing team. Jones will serve as business development manager for the company’s direct market of North and South Carolina and eastern Tennessee. Lipinski will serve the same role for Indusparquet’s Midwest direct market.
Jones arrives via Mannington, where he worked as the company's territory manager in the Carolinas. In addition to that recent experience, Jones had extended stints with both CMH and later JJ Haines, two of the industry’s largest distribution companies
Lipinski brings more than 25 years of experience to the position, working with specialty retailers, commercial flooring contractors as well as the A&D community. For the last 11 years, he served as the Midwest regional manager for Earthwerks where his primary responsibilities were working with major distributors and specialty retailers.
Artaic, a Boston, Massachusetts-based mosaic manufacturer that uses robotic technology to create custom installations, has hired Steve Drew as national sales director. He has previously sat as a chapter president with The International Facility Management Association, and had led company-wide business growths for artwork suppliers.
Drew comes to Artaic with a deep background in all facets of the artwork and contract furniture marketplace and has held national roles in training, dealer management, and business development. His career has encompassed K-12, Higher Ed, Government, and Military GSA contracts, Healthcare Systems, and comprehensive custom specification development with the A&D community.
Nemo Tile + Stone hired Rob Wesson as New England A&D sales manager. He spent 21 years with Daltile and brings deep relationships with commercial contractors in the region, as well as an understanding of the area’s tile and stone needs.
