In response to customer demand and shifting color trends, Cali is adding three new styles to its popular Cali Vinyl Builder’s Choice XL collection, also called BCXL. The omni-channel building products company launched BCXL two years ago to offer a longer, broader rigid core vinyl plank with commercial-grade durability. BCXL is ideal for professional orders with a competitive price point appropriate for large-scale installations.

BCXL and its predecessor, Builder’s Choice are designed to be offered side by side, giving both the pro and the end user two high value products that offer different colors, visuals, lengths, and widths.

The new BCXL colors include: Natural Elm, a light wood grain bringing the character of sandy barn wood; High Tide Elm, intricate wood texture and color inspired by weathered driftwood; Island Acacia, warm caramel tones melting in a smooth, tropical wood grain.

BCXL planks measure 60” long by 9” wide and 3/16” thick, compared to the original Builder’s Choice line measuring 48” by 7-1/8”. Larger planks with a precise click-lock system make for faster floated installations, saving time, money, and mess, particularly during bigger commercial projects.

Like all CALI Vinyl collections, BCXL is 100% waterproof and shielded by a 20mil thick wear layer – perfect for any home, storefront, gym, or hotel. A strengthening limestone composite core makes flooring easy to install and clean in any room without the need for glue, nails, or acclimation. Built-in IXPE acoustic padding provides boosted sound and thermal insulation for more comfortable interiors. As with all CALI Vinyl flooring, BCXL is also FloorScore® certified, and backed by a 50 year residential and 15 year commercial warranty.
