The 41 members of the National Floorcovering Alliance (NFA) and their vendor partners kicked off their 2022 Fall Conference in Mackinac Island, Michigan.
The NFA was formed in 1991 by eight of the largest and most reputable independent floor covering retailers in America. NFA had needs that could not be fulfilled by the normal buying group structures in other organizations. NFA dealers were already, savvy and well organized buyers, but manufacturers were willing to provide additional incentives to the NFA to influence purchasing in their direction, by pooling each member’s buying volume together in an effort to provide rebates for the group.
This week, members share best practices, which is a core value of NFA, and will have the opportunity to learn about new product and discuss issues pertaining to their individual businesses. Follow Floor Trends this week for the complete story.
