Kährs Group announced that going forward Upofloor resilient floors will be rebranded as Kährs Upofloor. Kährs Group acquired the commercial flooring manufacturer Upofloor in 2012.

"Upofloor has been a strong brand within our group and the migration under the established Kährs name will only help to further solidify our mission of producing high-quality flooring without the use of strong chemicals and with a low long-term environmental impact.”

Kährs has been working with wood since 1857 and today one of the oldest manufacturers of engineered wood floors in the world. Upofloor was established in 1955 in Nokia, Finland. Kährs Flooring today offers hardwood floors, luxury tiles, Kährs Upofloor PVC-free resilient flooring and clean-PVC Quartz flooring.
