Windmoeller Inc., inventors of ecuran bio-polyurethane flooring, announced that Tracy Sisley has joined the company as business development manager effective August 1, 2021.

Sisley brings 28 years of commercial flooring expertise and sales, marketing, and technical experience essential to the newly created position.  Most recently, he worked with Forbo Flooring systems as part of their strategic initiatives team centered on U.S. business development.  Previously, Sisley served as the director, commercial hard surface at Shaw Industries, where he led strategic sales, marketing, product development, and training for multiple flooring brands.  Prior to working at Shaw, he was the Northwest commercial resilient sales manager at Mannington Mills. In his new role, Sisley will provide education, training, and service for the growing line of bio-based polyurethane flooring products to support the market and the company’s commercial flooring customers.
