The American Institute of Architects (AIA) is continuing its Strategic Partnership with Sherwin-Williams this year to enhance support of architects in practice and to build the company’s knowledge base about the profession.
This is the AIA’s third Strategic Partnership with Sherwin-Williams, which began in 2018. As partners, Sherwin-Williams and the AIA will work to facilitate a greater understanding of architects and their preferences in using paints and coatings to support their designs.
“Sherwin-Williams continues to be a strong supporter in helping AIA and its members demonstrate how great design benefits everyone,” said AIA senior vice president of brand & engagement, Kathy Compton. “When architects and building product manufacturers share their ideas and experiences, we make strides towards creating a better built environment for the future.”
“We are proud to further enhance our partnership with AIA and to work together to continue supporting professionals, as well as the next generation of architects,” said Brian Taylor, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Sherwin-Williams. “From a focus on sustainability to a new endowment for the Architects Foundation, Sherwin-Williams is committed to the architect community and providing the right tools and services to help their visions become reality.”
