Emily Morrow Home announced its 10th Milled Naturals Color of the Year: Truffle. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Floor Covering Industry Foundation.
"Truffle delights in being a color for a cause," said Emily Morrow Finkell, CEO, Emily Morrow Home. "When we emphasized that our color family Milled Naturals exude a sense of community and was rooted in one of the EMH mega-trends 'Me to We, we wanted to designate a tenth color that exists to help others, to shine a light on the Floor Covering Industry Foundation. This unique organization is working tirelessly to help fellow floor covering industry members in their time of need."
Truffle is a special edition hardwood style, designed to fit many different design styles, and serve as a way to highlight the many ways the Floor Covering Industry Foundation helps people across the USA who have worked in the floor covering industry and find themselves in need. Made in the USA of North American White oak, this engineered hardwood style is 7 inches wide, 5/8 inches overall thickness and up to 8 feet random length. Truffle will only be sold directly to the retailer.
The Truffle hue represents a shift from cool grey to warm brown, and the color itself was drawn in part from the Morrow Finkell family’s two truffle dogs, Donatella and Baci. "Note the hues of charcoal and notes of chocolate in this transition color," Morrow said. "This color duality is a sophistication that acts as a chameleon color…ripe for coordinated ease in any interior palette."
Like many of the EMH Hardwood styles, this particular one is made and ready to ship. For more information, visit emilymorrowhome.com.
