AHF Products announced it will increase prices on select hardwood and vinyl flooring products in the U.S. and Canada effective on orders placed starting on April 26, 2021.
“We are continuing to experience extraordinary raw material cost inflation on key hardwood flooring components, including lumber, veneers and core materials, which we expect to persist. As a result, we find it necessary to increase prices on certain products,” said Chris King, Vice President-Sales, AHF Products.
Wood product increases average:
- 7-13% on engineered hardwood products produced in the U.S. and Asia (excluding Cambodia), with a $0.20 minimum increase per square foot.
- 8-10.5% across solid hardwood products, with a $0.25 minimum increase per square foot.
Vinyl increases average:
- 10% on Classic SPC products (Bruce® LifeSeal™ Classic & Hartco® Everguard™ Classic) out of Cambodia
- 8% across Trending SPC products (Bruce® LifeSeal™ Trending & Hartco® Everguard™ Trending) out of Cambodia
There is no price increase at this time for Hartco Contract or Bruce LifeSeal Reserve products, which are manufactured in China.
“We understand the effort and nimbleness required to manage through these difficult changes and we appreciate our customers’ support of AHF Products now more than ever. We are doing everything we can to keep customers serviced through this amazing season of tremendous demand and extraordinary constraints,” King said.
