Hardwood flooring company, Horizon Forest Products, recently announced the promotion of David Blackburn to product manager. In this role, Blackburn will develop and maintain product and vendor programs to assist the Horizon Forest Sales Team.

Prior to his promotion, Blackburn started in the Raleigh Flooring Branch as the operations manager more than 18 years ago. A couple of years later, he transferred to the Wilmington Branch to become the branch leader, where he has built and developed a strong team for 16 years.

“Change can be a very intimidating thing for most companies but, here at Horizon we embrace change head on. After serving the Wilmington Branch as Branch Team Leader for many years, he will now step into the Product Manager position and help continue to grow our great company.
