Happy Floors recently announced Elizabeth Haendiges as its new vice president of operations. She joins the company with a longstanding career in the tile industry that spans over three decades, most notably a twenty-year tenure with Daltile.

A community-oriented efficiency expert from California, she credits the strength of her career to those she has worked with along the way, “My success throughout the years has all been thanks to the people I surround myself with,” said Haendiges, “I have been blessed with amazing teams that allowed me to continue pushing for excellence.”

In this newly developed role for Happy Floors, she will oversee the growth and development of all operations logistics, from imports to warehouse management. Following the wave of the company’s impressive growth in 2020, they are increasing their footprint by opening a new West Coast distribution center.
