E.J. Welch announced the addition of Kavita McCarthy as vice president of marketing. In this newly created role, McCarthy will be responsible for leading a transformative change that includes redefining the brand’s competitive product positioning and developing an integrated digital and marketing strategy.

McCarthy brings more than two decades of industry experience to the E. J. Welch brand, most prominently in a variety of marketing roles at CCA Global Partners and ProSource Wholesale. Her recent leadership positions at Re-Bath and Pella Corporation bridged new business development, product expansion, eCommerce, and digital transformation.
Central to her various roles is the opportunity to serve a wide range of customers – from direct to consumer, B2B2C, and independent retail and wholesale business owners. Her ability to foster a startup culture of innovation and agility, even in legacy environments, has earned her an impressive track record in driving revenue and profitable growth.
