Toronto— Novalis Innovative Flooring announced that industry veteran Kevin Phillips has joined its North American operations as director of technical services.

Phillips brings two decades of experience in the flooring industry with him and has understanding of many facets of the flooring industry including extensive knowledge of environmental concerns, adhesives, installation, maintenance and acoustics.
