Tandus Centiva’s latest style for senior living and hospitality is Garden Walk, a soft surface healthcare collection that features ColorPoint broadloom, Powerbond and modular tiles.
Based on the evolving needs of the next generation, the new Garden Walk Collection features smaller, more contemporary patterns and soft, neutral palettes inspired by natural elements. Inviting, reflective and restorative, these spaces are designed for body, mind and soul. Twelve patterns and colorways of contemporary, soft neutrals combine to invoke a fresh, high-end, spa-like environment. The collection works in a variety of spaces, including dining, corridor, spa, library, recreation, and pre-function rooms, to create active, contemporary areas.
Garden Walk includes Powerbond, modular and ColorPoint broadloom platforms to create the most comprehensive small scale and large scale collection for senior living environments. Coordinating color palettes change in color depth from pattern to pattern, crafting soothing and calm spaces.
As part of Tarkett North America’s sustainability measures and commitment to people-friendly spaces that perform and inspire, Garden Walk’s attributes include: Cradle to Cradle Silver certification for ethos modular and Powerbond for C2C Material Health, which means they are free of C2C Banned List chemicals; ethos and Powerbond have Declare labels, and are Living Building Challenge (LBC) Compliant-which means they are (LBC) red list free; Living Product Certified (ethos modular only); Fluorine-free; 21% (Flex-Aire) to 75% (ethos and Powerbond) recycled content; recyclable through Tarkett’s reclamation program; and Meets LEED v4 new material ingredient reporting and optimization credits and indoor air quality credit on low emitting flooring (CRI Green Label Plus) and low TVOCs.
