Rosemont, Ill. -- AEC BuildTech is seeking speakers for its inaugural show, which will be held in Rosemont, Ill., at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, April 30-May 2, 2019. AEC BuildTech Conference and Expo is a new event spotlighting the latest design and building processes, products, and emerging technologies. This interactive three-day conference and expo is designed to inform and inspire innovative building team of architects, engineers, contractors, facility managers, and owners. Educational sessions will be led by influential speakers across five separate tracks focused on flooring, plumbing, HVAC/mechanical systems, building envelope and roofing.

AEC is looking for unique insight on anything related to materials, products, trends or codes for the design and construction process. Topic proposals should be submitted by August 31. Knowledge of modern building processes and construction technologies that are of particular interest includes: information that can be immediately implemented in the workplace; how-to lessons that provide attendees with a new skill or information about a new technology or process; knowledge of the latest regulations and how to meet the most demanding codes; topics that are innovative, stimulating and cutting edge for the design and construction industry; information that provides a better understanding of processes and techniques; and presenters with speaking experience and an in-depth knowledge of the subject matter presented.
