During the Starnet 2018 Annual Meeting held in Orlando, Fla., the members of Starnet Commercial Flooring re-elected three incumbents to the Starnet board of directors and the board of directors elected the board officers for the 2018/2019 term.

Cheryl Acierno, owner of Acierno, announced she will be stepping down as chairman of the board and will remain on the board to complete her current term (2016-2019). Following the shareholder’s meeting, the Starnet board of directors elected the board officers for the 2018-2019 terms. The officer’s group includes: Chuck Bode, CB Flooring,(chairman); Pete Larmore, Bonitz Flooring Group(vice chairman); Leonard Zmijewski, Mr. David’s Flooring International (treasurer); and Dan Ulfig, Master Craft Floors (secretary).

Board members include: Cheryl Acierno (Acierno and Company); Les Lippert (Lippert Flooring and Tile); Dan Sliwinski (Sliwinski Floor Covering Services); Paul White (Paul G. White Interior Solutions); and Jim Vanhauer (Commercial Flooring Systems).
