Baltimore, Md.-- Fishman Flooring Solutions has named Rob Hoffman regional manager for its Midwest Region. In his new role, Hoffman will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of nine business managers and eleven branch locations in Kentucky, Ohio, and western Pennsylvania.

Hoffman will replace Jim Reisker, who becomes Fishman’s business manager for parts of western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio. Hoffman was previously director of Fishman’s ADF team, whose members consult with architects, designers, facility managers, and others to provide solutions to flooring project challenges.

Hoffman joined Fishman in 2008, when the firm purchased Clark Flooring. He began his career in the flooring industry in 1982 with Graffam Floors in Pittsburgh, Penn. Hoffman is a graduate of the University of Innovative Distribution at Purdue University.
