TheSize, Spain-based manufacturer of sintered stone brand Neolith, is hitting the road beginning in March to tour its two-unit tiny house. Showing the possibilities in tiny living without sacrificing design, the 500-sq-ft mobile tiny house gives guests the opportunity to experience all of the different applications of Neolith surfacing in one structure–including countertops, showers, flooring, walls, fireplace, outdoor patio, and exterior cladding.
The tour began on March 8 in the Washington, DC area, and will visit at least 14 different Neolith distributor locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. Stops will include: Washington DC area, Atlanta, Richmond, Va., Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas, Orlando, San Francisco, Toronto, Seattle, Montreal, and Vancouver.
“The idea for the Neolith Tiny House originated as a way to showcase Neolith surfacing as a sustainable, lightweight, indestructible material for virtually any application,” said Mar Esteve, marketing manager, TheSize Surfaces. “The partnership between all the brands and people associated with the Neolith Tiny House epitomizes our continued investment in pioneering technology for sustainable solutions in any sized space.”
The tiny home is equipped with all the amenities of a custom home, including a full-size kitchen with appliances, two bathrooms, and an outdoor patio with a fully-functioning kitchen. The home was designed by architectural firm Jeffrey Bruce Baker, in collaboration with Stone Center and Resende Design & Marketing.
