Each scholarship requires a $5,000 total contribution to fund a scholarship in the nominee’s name. To date, a $2,000 contribution has been received from TLC Custom Designs.
Roland Holder, founder of Gentry & Holder Floors, was a 59-year industry veteran. He was regarded as one of the most influential instructors in the early years of NOFMA. Holder was inducted into the NWFA Hall of Fame in 1994.
Eugen Lägler, a German machinist, founded Lägler Co. He engineered a belt sander for use on the job site. He was inducted into the NWFA Hall of Fame in 2008.
