Armstrong Flooring's Natural Creations with Diamond 10 Technology has received a Product Innovations Award (PIA) in the Surfaces category from Architectural Products Magazine.
The PIAs honor innovation in the development and refinement of interior and exterior buildings-related products. The award recognizes manufacturers who have demonstrated outstanding leadership across many different platforms such as education, sustainability initiatives and standards development.
This year’s program saw hundreds of submissions from a diverse range of products that will help architects in their specifications; whether it be to achieve greater energy efficiency, or to simply add visually or aesthetically to a space.
“Building on the success of last year’s program, our sixth edition of the awards proves commercial building manufacturers are committed to and are working arduously toward, delivering more sustainable products, as well as products that deliver better performance, life and affordability,” said Jim Crockett, editorial director of Architectural Products.
Natural Creations Luxury Flooring with Diamond 10 Technology made its debut in June at NeoCon, offering three distinct design collections. Designed for unlimited creative flexibility, the products meet the complex budget, sustainability and performance needs required by interior designers and architects and end-users alike. Natural Creations comes standard with Armstrong's revolutionary Diamond10 Technology, which uses the hardness of cultured diamonds to keep it looking new through years of use. By repelling dirt and stain-causing agents, Diamond10 Technology keeps Natural Creations cleaner longer without the need for polishing, according to the company.
