Xpress Global Systems, LLC (XGS) has acquired Delta Distribution (Delta), a specialized  less-than-truckload flooring freight provider based in Calhoun, Georgia, effective June 26, 2023, according to Aterian Investment Partners (Aterian), a private investment firm.
