The Dixie Group Inc. has announced that it has executed a definitive agreement to sell certain of its assets that support its factory-built housing,
needlebond and carpet recycling businesses to Shaw Industries Group Inc.
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said that it
placed its 'B+' corporate credit and 'B-' subordinated debt ratings on the
Dixie Group Inc. on CreditWatch with positive implications.
A one-day workshop on carpet manufacturing will be
