DeWalt launches power tool battery recycling program
September 16, 2010
DeWalt is participating in a promotion
with Call2Recycle®, a national battery-recycling program of the Rechargeable
Battery Recycling Corporation (RBRC).
As part of the promotion, users who recycle their (Nickel Cadmium) NiCd, Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) or Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) DEWALT power tool batteries at one of the company's 79 service centers will receive a $10 discount to put toward their next DeWalt battery purchase.
Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to help Call2Recycle reach its campaign goal of collecting one million pounds of batteries by November 30.
For more information, call (800) 433-9258.
