Pfleiderer to step down from Supervisory Board

Hans Theodor Pfleiderer, a member of the Supervisory Board of Pfleiderer AG, has announced that he will step down from his position as of April 8. A successor is soon to be appointed by the court. Pfleiderer has been a member of the company's Supervisory Board since June 2010.
