Decorative Laminates acquires Perstorp-held company shares

Jack Ballard, president of Decorative Laminates Inc. (dba LG Decorative Surfaces), has purchased the 80% share of his company held by Perstorp AB (Sweden). The agreement effectively ends Decorative Laminates’ six-year relationship with the Swedish corporation.

Decorative Laminates will continue to operate as LG Decorative Surfaces and act as the sales and marketing arm of LG Chemical America for Hi-MACS (acrylic solid-surface material) and LG Prime (resilient high-pressure laminate flooring).
