Flooring America announces executive, managerial appointments

Flooring America has announced recent personnel moves, including two new vice presidential appointments. Mike Englert has joined Flooring America as vice president of merchandising for Flooring America and International Design Guild, a division of CCA Global Partners. Sally Kelly, the previous vice president of merchandising, has been appointed vice president of communications, a newly created position. Etienne Koth joins Flooring America as a merchandising manager.

In his new role, Englert will develop, strategize, manage, and implement all products, plans, and programs needed to support Flooring America and International Design Guild. Most recently, Englert was a buyer for CCA Global Partners.

As vice president of communications, Kelly will develop interactive programs enabling independent members to effectively exchange business solutions. Overseeing member communication on both regional and national levels, Kelly will facilitate the universal adaptation of best practices originated on the members' network.

Koth will be responsible for managing all merchandising programs and helping to develop, plan, and implement all new products and programs. Previously, she had been a buying assistant with CCA Global Partners, where she worked with buyers to develop merchandising programs and promotions.
