WW Flooring Group Earns NWFA/NOFMA Mill Certification
WW Flooring Group, based in Syracuse, New York, manufactures Maine Traditions hardwood flooring and has received NWFA/NOFMA Mill Certification from the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA).
This prestigious certification verifies that the company's wood flooring products meet or exceed industry standards for grade, configuration, moisture content, and average board length. The rigorous certification process requires manufacturers to maintain strict production standards and undergo bi-annual inspections to ensure consistent grade compliance.
“At a time when tariffs are creating uncertainty in the market, it’s encouraging to see a growing number of U.S. and Canadian manufacturers stepping up to provide stability and assurance by committing to the production of high-quality, certified wood flooring products," said John Forbes, NWFA director of manufacturer services.
“We recognize that the quality of our flooring products is of the upmost importance to our valued customers," said Marc Kendrew, VP of sales and marketing, WW Flooring Group. "By joining and collaborating with this great program, we are demonstrating our continued commitment to producing the finest quality hardwood flooring, while also providing assurance that our manufacturing standards are among the highest.”
The NWFA represents over 3,000 member companies worldwide and is dedicated to educating various stakeholders about the benefits and uses of wood flooring. A complete list of NWFA/NOFMA-certified manufacturers is available at nwfa.org/nofma-manufacturers.
