Ecore Partners with MedTrust to Enhance Safety in Long-Term Care Facilities

Ecore International, a manufacturer of recycled rubber flooring solutions, announced a strategic partnership with MedTrust Health Alliance, a group purchasing organization (GPO) for long-term care facilities. The agreement, effective March 5, grants MedTrust members special access to Ecore's innovative flooring products at negotiated prices.

The partnership aims to address critical safety concerns in healthcare and senior living environments through Ecore's specialized flooring solutions, which feature enhanced impact absorption, ergonomic support, and acoustic benefits.

Ecore's products utilize their patented itsTRU technology, a zero-waste upcycling process that fusion bonds vulcanized composition rubber to various materials. This technology is designed to reduce fall impact forces while also delivering aesthetic and acoustic benefits—particularly valuable in healthcare settings where slip-and-fall accidents pose significant risks.
