Dalton Carpet One Floor & Home Teams Up with Local Businesses to Support Teachers with Annual Supply Giveaway
Dalton Carpet One Floor & Home, along with Certified Clean Care, ALR Designs, and More Than Blinds, hosted its annual teacher appreciation event on July 18-19 at three locations.
More than 200 teachers from 110 schools received free carpet pieces and school supplies for the 2024-2025 academic year. The event, which has been running since 2019, has supported 1,115 teachers to date.
“I always look forward to participating in the teacher event because educators have profoundly shaped my life," said Jared Reeves, owner of Certified Clean Care. “My wife and father were both dedicated school teachers and have left a lasting impact on me. This event is a wonderful opportunity to give back and show my appreciation for their hard work and dedication.”
Educators with a valid Georgia teacher ID received these items on a first-come, first-serve basis. In addition to giving away carpet and school supplies, Dalton Carpet One also offered teachers the chance to enter to win an area rug, candle from Little Light Co. and a Mug by Love Craft.
