The SureStart underlayment pairs with Tarkett LVT and delivers sound reduction along with 99% moisture impermeability in a roll format that goes right onto the subfloor loose without adhesive. Surestart allowing the installers to move onto the finished floor install immediately. The underlayment provides acoustical comfort with a delta IIC reverberation reduction rating of 17 for the product itself and an overall floor to floor IIC of 66.
