On March 8, 2022, celebrate the #WomenInFlooring with us as we spotlight a handful of women in the flooring industry who are making waves and paving the way for other women.

Floor Trends caught up with Brittany Stanley, senior director of sales operations, Builder and Multifamily, Mohawk, to see what has changed since then and get a sense of where she sees color trends currently and give her perspective on the shift of women's roles in the flooring industry.
