Louisville Tile Distributors, Inc. announced the grand opening of its Chicago area Pro Shop. The opening of the Pro Shop is a continuation of the integration of Mid America Tile into the Louisville Tile family.

As part of the acquisition, Live Ventures said it will retain Flooring Liquidators’ existing management team and all 625 employees and contractors.

Headquartered in the Greeley, Colorado, Front Range Interiors is a flooring retail store that has done residential and commercial business for more than 20 years.

The acquisition of IWT continues Victoria’s strategy of growing its business in North America via the acquisition of successful distributors selling the same categories of product as the group manufactures and sells in Europe. 

STC will operate as a separate division of Belknap-Haines with their current executive and management teams in place.

The location, located near Chicago, Illinois, will serve as Louisville Tile's thirteenth branch office, adding a recently renovated showroom, office space and a 71,000-square-foot warehouse.
