The ACI Foundation announces the establishment of the Roger S. Johnston Memorial Scholarship. This new undergraduate scholarship is funded by Crimson Engineering Associates, Inc., Golden, CO, to honor the late Roger S. Johnston.

The ACI Foundation selected Frank J. Vecchio, John W. Wallace, and Kamal H. Khayat as this year's awardees. 

The ACI Foundation’s Concrete Research Council (CRC) selected eight research projects to receive grants this year.

All Fellowship recipients receive a $10,000 - $15,000 US educational stipend; paid travel expenses and attendance fees to two ACI conventions; and assistance in finding an industry mentor. All Scholarship recipients receive a $5,000 educational stipend.

The ACI Foundation is pleased to announce the re-election of two trustees— Joseph Bracci and Antonio Nanni. They join Michael J. Schneider, current Chair of the Board of Trustees, and six other serving trustees.

New vice chairs have been announced for the ACI Foundation’s Strategic Development Council, Concrete Research Council, and Scholarship Council.
